ORGANIC RUG INSPECTION PROCESS
Once customers bring in their valuable rugs for cleaning but we also offer free pickup and delivery to Dallas residents. We inspect each rug thoroughly in front of its owners, detailing the cleaning process, and suggesting cosmetic repairs as needed. Each rug is unique. Depending on where the rug was stored or how it was used, it will show wear and tear. At times rugs need to first be repaired before they can go through the organic rug washing process. Our experts will explain each matter during the rug inspection process.
ORGANIC RUG WASHING PROCESS
Once the rug is inspected and tagged, we schedule the rug cleaning. We use ancient techniques with organic shampoos to wash your rugs. Behnam Rugs does not use harsh over-the-counter cleaners, rather we only use organic rug shampoo to prevent damage to the dyes that color your heirloom rug. After the rug washing process, we use special techniques and methods to dry and groom your rugs without the use of machinery. All rug cleaning is performed in our washing facility connected to our showroom.
