Behnam Rugs specializes in recovering your damaged Persian Rugs.
First, if your rugs are wet, make sure you keep them unrolled and flat until we pick them up.
If the rug is saturated with water before we get to it, the water should be extracted by a carpet cleaner or restoration company, but it should not be washed or anything else by them.
Next, sweep off as much debris as you can, any particle on the rug must then be removed.
We suggest using a straw broom to carefully sweep off glass and debris. Sharp glass is a larger version of micro dust that also works its way into the pile of your rug, cutting fibers as it goes.
